These terms govern use of Sales Daddy, operated by Eagleminds Technologies Private Limited ("we"), registered at 253/4, Pattalamman Street, Mangamma Salai, Adiyur Post, Thiruppathur, Tamil Nadu 635602, India. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your business.

You are responsible for your users, their access levels, and keeping credentials safe. Seats are per human user — sharing a login across people isn't permitted.

No spam. WhatsApp, SMS and email must be sent to contacts who have a business relationship with you or have opted in, in line with Meta's policies and TRAI regulations. We may suspend messaging on abuse complaints, and quality ratings from Meta are your responsibility.

Plans are billed in advance — a per-user core CRM charge (yearly, quarterly or monthly) plus any add-ons you select, each priced per year — in INR plus 18% GST. Meta conversation charges are passed through at cost. Non-payment beyond 15 days may suspend the workspace; data remains exportable for 30 more days.

AI replies and transcripts are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI configuration (instructions, scope, handover rules) and for messages sent from your workspace, including AI-sent ones.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding maintenance windows announced in advance. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 3 months; we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost deals.

You may cancel anytime; paid periods aren't refunded pro-rata unless required by law. These terms are governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
