A CRM where call recordings live on the lead, not on handsets
Sales calls carry the real story — the price discussed, the objection raised, the promise made. Sales Daddy attaches recordings to the lead they belong to, then lets AI turn each one into a summary your team can actually use.
Why teams switch
Some reps record, some don’t, and the files sit in each handset’s gallery. When a dispute or handover comes, nobody can find the one call that matters.
A rep’s two-word note flattens a six-minute negotiation. The budget, the competitor mentioned and the follow-up date all stay inside the audio nobody replays.
Managers know which rep converts and which doesn’t, but not why — because they have never heard either of them on a real call.
When a salesperson leaves, their recorded conversations leave with their phone. The next owner of the lead starts from a blank timeline.
From first inquiry to done
- 1The rep calls from the leadClick-to-call opens the rep’s own SIM dialer from the CRM or the Android app — the customer sees a familiar local number.
- 2The recorder app captures the callThe companion Sales Daddy recorder app records SIM calls on the rep’s Android phone and syncs each file to the matching lead.
- 3The recording lands on the timelineAudio, duration and outcome attach to the lead automatically — building a per-lead call library instead of a folder of nameless files.
- 4AI writes the transcript and summaryEach recording becomes a transcript and a two-line summary — what the customer asked, what was promised, what happens next.
- 5Managers review by listeningSkim summaries across the team’s day, then open only the recordings that need a coach’s ear.

Everything this runs on
Capture
The companion Android recorder app syncs SIM-call recordings to the right lead.
Calls made through the app are recorded and attached to the lead automatically.
Recordings pair with leads by phone number — no manual uploads or renaming.
On the lead
Every recorded conversation with a customer in one timeline, in order.
Listen right on the lead, next to the notes, quotes and WhatsApp thread.
Reassign the lead and the new owner inherits the full recorded history.
For managers
Read the team’s calls in minutes; play audio only where it matters.
Use actual customer conversations — not role-plays — to train new reps.
When “you promised X” comes up, the recording settles it in one click.

Questions teams ask us
How does call recording work in Sales Daddy?
Two ways. Calls made through the app are recorded and attached to the lead automatically. For normal SIM calls, the companion Sales Daddy recorder app on the rep’s Android phone records the call and syncs it to the matching lead by phone number.
Is this an auto-dialer that records calls?
No. Sales Daddy is not an auto-dialer — reps tap to dial each call from their own SIM, and the queue simply lines up who to call next. Recording happens on those normal calls via the app or the companion recorder app.
Does it record every single call?
It records calls made through the app, and SIM calls on phones where the recorder app is installed and running. Calls made outside those paths — from an unmanaged personal phone, for example — are not captured, so most teams standardise on the recorder app.
Where are the recordings stored?
In your Sales Daddy workspace, attached to the lead each call belongs to. Access follows your CRM roles — managers and the lead’s owner can listen; recordings do not sit in anyone’s personal gallery.
Can AI summarise the recordings?
Yes. Each recording gets a transcript and a short AI summary — the customer’s asks, objections and the agreed next step — plus follow-up tasks extracted from the conversation.
Is recording sales calls legal in India?
Businesses in India commonly record their own customer calls for quality and training. Many teams disclose recording in their opening script or terms. For your specific obligations, especially across states and industries, confirm with your legal advisor.
