Field sales

Know where your field team is — and what happened at every visit

Field sales runs on trust and evening phone calls — “visited six shops, sir.” Sales Daddy replaces the phone call with a record: attendance on the app, live location while marked in, and a logged outcome for every visit, tied to the customer it happened at.

The problem

Why teams switch

The day is invisible until dinner

Managers learn what happened in the field from an evening call or a WhatsApp voice note — unverifiable and unsearchable.

Visits happen, records don’t

The rep meets the dealer, discusses an order, and nothing is written anywhere. Next month, a different rep starts over.

Attendance is a group-chat “Good morning”

Who started when, from where, and worked till what time — none of it is data anyone can report on.

Orders taken in the field reach office late

Requirements noted on paper get phoned in at day end, quoted the next day, and lost to a faster competitor.

How it works

From first inquiry to done

  1. 1
    Mark in from the app
The rep marks attendance in the Android app at day start; live location is shared while they stay marked in.
  2. 2
    The day’s visits are planned
Assigned leads and customers due for a visit appear as the rep’s day list, with addresses and history.
  3. 3
    Check in at each customer
At the shop or site, the rep checks in on the visit, with the location line recorded alongside.
  4. 4
    Log what happened
Outcome, notes, photos and next step — captured in a minute on the spot, not from memory at night.
  5. 5
    Office acts the same day
A requirement logged at 2 pm becomes a quotation and a payment link before evening.
  6. 6
The day ends with a summary
Visits done, orders discussed, next steps set — per rep, without a phone call.

AI inside

Field notes that write themselves

Typing at a shop counter is hard. AI shortens it.

  • Voice notes at the visit become clean text summaries on the customer
  • Calls made from the field are recorded and summarized like office calls
  • Follow-up tasks are drafted from what the visit note says was promised
  • Managers skim a day of visits as summaries, not voice messages

Questions teams ask us

How does location tracking work?

Location is shared from the Android app only while the rep is marked in for the day. Managers see where the team is during working hours; when the rep marks out, sharing stops. It is attendance-linked visibility, not surveillance.

Does it plan routes for my reps?

No — Sales Daddy focuses on attendance, live location while on duty, and visit logging. The rep’s day list shows assigned customers and due visits with addresses; the route is the rep’s call.

What gets recorded at a visit?

Check-in with a location line, the outcome, notes, optional photos and the next step. The visit sits on the customer’s timeline, so the next rep to walk in knows the full history.

Does it work with patchy network coverage?

Yes — the app records the visit and syncs when the connection returns, so a dead zone at a factory gate does not mean a lost record.

Can field reps also call and WhatsApp from the app?

Yes. The Android app is the full CRM: click-to-call from the rep’s SIM with recording, the WhatsApp team inbox, lead details and tasks — the field team works from one app.

What do managers see at day end?

A per-rep summary: marked-in hours, visits completed with outcomes, calls made, and next steps created. The evening reporting call becomes unnecessary.
