What is the minimum team size?
The plan is built for teams of 5 or more; we accept teams from 3 users. Add or remove users any time — seats are billed from the next cycle.
Yearly, quarterly or monthly?
Yearly is ₹499 per user per month (₹5,988 per user per year). Quarterly is ₹799 and monthly ₹1,500 per user per month, with no commitment. Add-ons are priced per year and pro-rated on shorter cadences.
Is WhatsApp messaging included in the core plan?
The core plan is the CRM. WhatsApp Business API / coexistence is an add-on at ₹9,999 per year per connected number. Meta's own message charges are billed by Meta to you directly — we add 0% markup.
What does the AI Chatbot do?
It answers WhatsApp, Instagram and website enquiries 24×7 in the customer's language, asks the qualifying questions, books the follow-up and hands the chat to a rep. 1,000 AI replies a month are included; beyond that replies come from the prepaid wallet at ₹0.50 each.
And the AI Employee?
Everything in AI Chatbot with 3,000 replies a month, plus Meta, Google and ChatGPT ads run from the CRM with conversion feedback, a social post manager with AI images, a brand kit, and an AI teammate seat that can own leads and chats.
How are AI features billed?
AI replies ride with the AI add-ons. Every other AI feature — lead labelling, call transcription, suggestions, AI images — is billed per use from a prepaid wallet (1 credit = ₹0.25, packs from ₹500). Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key and pay nothing extra.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number and templates?
Yes. Connect your existing number in coexistence mode and keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the phone, or move the number to the Cloud API. Approved templates come across with the number.
What about GST and invoices?
All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. You get a proper GST invoice with our GSTIN for every charge, automatically.
Will my data be deleted?
Nothing auto-deletes while you are a customer. You can export leads, chats and reports any time your workspace is active, and for 30 days after a plan lapses.
