Call tracking CRM

Track every sales call — who called, what happened, what’s next

Sales Daddy binds each call to the lead it belongs to: duration, outcome, disposition and the follow-up it produced. Activity reports stop being self-reported and start being facts.

The problem

Why teams switch

“I called all 40” is unverifiable

Without automatic logging, the day’s call count is whatever the rep writes in the evening. Managers approve reports they cannot check.

Calls and leads live apart

The dialer knows a call happened; the spreadsheet knows a lead exists. Nobody connects the two, so a lead’s call history is a reconstruction.

Outcomes vanish after the call ends

Busy, wrong number, asked to call Tuesday — outcomes that decide the next step are remembered, not recorded, and then forgotten.

No one sees the untouched leads

The report shows total dials, not which hot leads got zero attempts. The most expensive misses are invisible.

How it works

From first inquiry to done

  1. 1
    Calls log themselves
Outgoing and incoming calls with leads are captured from the rep’s phone via the app — number, duration and timestamp, nothing typed.
  2. 2
Each call binds to its lead
The call lands on the matching lead’s timeline by phone number, next to the WhatsApp thread and notes.
  3. 3
    The rep sets a disposition
One tap — connected, busy, not interested, callback — and outcomes become data you can filter and count.
  4. 4
    The next action is scheduled
A callback outcome requires a date. The follow-up appears in the rep’s queue and stays visible until done.
  5. 5
    Managers read real reports
Calls, connects, talk time and outcomes per rep and per campaign — from logged data, not end-of-day memory.

AI summary — last call

Ramesh needs 40 units by month-end. Price is fine; wants credit terms of 15 days. Promised revised quotation today. Action: send quote by 5 pm, follow up Thursday.

The call queue — every dial logs its duration, outcome and the follow-up it created.

AI inside

Tracking that captures the conversation, not just the count

Logs tell you a call happened. AI tells you what it was about.

  • AI summaries on recorded calls — asks, objections, commitments
  • Talk time and connect-rate trends per rep and per lead source
  • Untouched-lead alerts before hot inquiries go cold
  • Call history feeds lead scoring, so effort follows intent
Capabilities

Everything this runs on

Logging

Automatic call capture

Lead calls log from the rep’s phone via the app — no manual entry.

Lead-bound history

Every call sits on its lead’s timeline, in order, with duration and outcome.

Incoming call context

When a lead calls back, the rep sees who it is and the full history.

Outcomes

Dispositions

One-tap outcomes that update lead status and drive the next step.

Required follow-up dates

Callback outcomes demand a date, so “call next week” becomes a task.

Recording link-up

Where recording is enabled, the audio and AI summary attach to the same log entry.

Reports

Rep scoreboards

Dials, connects, talk time and conversions per rep, per day.

Source performance

Which lead source produces calls that connect — and which wastes dials.

Follow-up SLAs

Overdue callbacks and untouched leads surface to managers automatically.

Questions teams ask us

What does call tracking mean in Sales Daddy?

Every call with a lead is logged automatically against that lead — number, duration, timestamp, outcome and the follow-up it produced — and rolled up into per-rep and per-source reports.

Do you provide call tracking numbers or virtual (DID) numbers?

No. Sales Daddy does not sell tracking numbers or virtual numbers. Reps call from their own SIMs — which customers actually answer — and the CRM tracks those calls by logging them against the lead. If you need campaign-level attribution, lead sources and campaigns are tracked on the lead itself.

Is this an auto-dialer?

No. The queue lines up who to call next and the rep taps to dial each call from their own SIM. Nothing dials by itself — what Sales Daddy automates is the logging, the outcomes and the follow-up scheduling.

Can it track incoming calls too?

Yes — incoming calls from numbers that match a lead are logged on that lead, and the rep sees the caller’s history the moment the phone rings.

What reports do managers get?

Calls made, connect rate, talk time, dispositions and follow-ups due — per telecaller, per team and per lead source, live on the dashboard rather than compiled at month-end.

Does call tracking work with call recording?

Yes. Tracking logs the call; recording (via the app or the companion recorder app) attaches the audio and an AI summary to the same entry, so the log tells you what happened and the recording tells you what was said.
