One workspace

CRM with WhatsApp, Calling and AI in One Sales Workspace

Indian sales conversations jump between a call and a WhatsApp message within the same hour. When your CRM, WhatsApp tool and calling app are three products, the story of each customer splits three ways. Sales Daddy is the three in one.

The problem

Why teams switch

Three subscriptions, three half-pictures

The CRM shows stages, the WhatsApp panel shows chats, the call app shows logs. No screen shows the customer.

Integrations that sync everything except context

Even when the tools connect, the chat lands in the CRM as a note and the call as a number. The thread of the conversation — quote, objection, promise — is lost in the stitching.

Reps pick one tool and abandon the rest

Under pressure, salespeople live in WhatsApp and skip CRM updates. The pipeline review then discusses a pipeline that doesn’t exist.

Every tool bills per user

A CRM seat plus a WhatsApp-inbox seat plus a dialer seat — for a ten-person team, three subscriptions for one job.

How it works

From first inquiry to done

  1. 1
The lead arrives, whatever the door
A WhatsApp message, an ad form or a phone call — each becomes (or attaches to) one lead with one timeline.
  2. 2
    Call from the lead card
Click-to-call dials from the rep’s own SIM. Duration and outcome log to the lead; recording and AI summary follow.
  3. 3
    Continue on WhatsApp without switching
The same lead’s chat sits beside its call history. Send the brochure, quote or payment link in the thread — from the shared team number.
  4. 4
    AI keeps the record straight
Calls are summarised, chats are qualified by flows, and the lead’s fields fill themselves from the conversation.
  5. 5
    The follow-up knows both channels
One next-action per lead — whether that action is a call or a message — so nothing is scheduled twice or done never.

One lead, both channels — the WhatsApp thread and the call history on the same record.

Why one workspace

The conversation is one thing. Keep it in one place.

A buyer doesn’t experience “channels” — just one ongoing conversation with your business.

  • Call ends, WhatsApp follow-up goes out with the AI summary as context
  • Chat goes quiet, the follow-up call is scheduled on the same lead
  • Managers read one timeline per customer — calls, chats, quotes, payments
  • One per-user price covers CRM, WhatsApp inbox, calling and AI
Capabilities

Everything this runs on

Calling, inside the CRM

Click-to-call from SIM

Real local numbers customers answer — no VoIP minutes, no separate dialer app.

Automatic call logging

Every lead call logs duration and outcome on the timeline by itself.

Recording + AI summaries

Recorded calls attach to the lead with transcripts and two-line summaries.

WhatsApp, inside the CRM

Shared team inbox

One official business number, the whole team replying with full lead context.

Chat flows and AI replies

Greet, qualify and answer around the clock in English, Hindi and Tamil.

Quotes and payment links in chat

Send the GST quotation PDF and the Razorpay link in the same thread.

One system of record

Single lead timeline

Calls, chats, notes, quotes and payments interleaved in time order.

One follow-up queue

Next actions across both channels in one list per rep.

Cross-channel reports

Response times and conversions measured on the lead, not per tool.

Questions teams ask us

Is the WhatsApp integration native or a third-party connector?

Native. Sales Daddy connects your number directly through the official Meta Cloud API — the team inbox, chat flows, templates and payment links are product features, not a bolted-on bridge.

How does calling work — do I need a virtual number?

No virtual numbers. Reps tap to call from their own SIMs, so customers see familiar local numbers and there are no per-minute charges. The CRM logs each call, its outcome and — via the app or the companion recorder app — the recording.

Is the calling side an auto-dialer?

No. The queue decides who to call next and the rep taps to dial. What is automatic is everything around the call: logging, outcomes, recordings, summaries and the follow-up it creates.

Can it replace my separate WhatsApp panel and dialer subscriptions?

For most sales teams, yes — that is the point of the page you are reading. CRM, WhatsApp team inbox, calling workflow and AI are one product on one per-user price, and the lead timeline is shared by all of them.

What happens when a customer calls and then messages?

Both land on the same lead, matched by phone number. The rep replying to the WhatsApp message sees this morning’s call summary right above it — no “as discussed on call” guesswork.

Does my team need to work from two apps?

No — the CRM, the WhatsApp inbox and calling live in the same web app and the same Android app. Office reps use the browser; field and phone-first reps use mobile.
